This vehicle warranty is valid throughout Europe. In the event of a warranty claim, you can visit any authorized service center of the manufacturer in Germany or another EU country.
Often better standard equipment: Vehicles for other European markets often come with more extensive or differently configured standard equipment than German models. For example, a new EU vehicle may come equipped with extras right from the factory that you would have to pay extra for in Germany.
Hassle-free registration in Germany: Every EU vehicle we deliver comes with the required EC Certificate of Conformity (COC). This document certifies that the car meets EU standards and enables smooth and immediate registration.

What is the ordering process?

You will receive your personalized order documents.

Please sign and return them to us via email or upload them to the portal.

Please also provide a copy of both the front and back of your ID.

We will then order the vehicle from the manufacturer.
We can inquire about the delivery date no earlier than 14 days before the non-binding delivery date expires. Please inquire exclusively under “Delivery Status”!
Once your vehicle is in transit, we’ll send you a notification.
We’ll then send you the necessary registration documents (COC document, vehicle registration certificate, TÜV confirmation).
You can register the vehicle and then schedule a pickup appointment with us.
Payment can be made via advance bank transfer or in real time on-site.
For free delivery, payment must be made in advance. The vehicle will then be delivered to you along with the registration documents.

What about payment?

Payment is generally due upon notification of readiness and receipt of the vehicle documents, prior to vehicle pickup.
We do not require a deposit from customers residing in Germany.
In the case of free shipping to the desired address, payment must be made in advance upon notification of readiness.

Do I have a sales contract under German law?

In addition to our wide range of brands and models, we offer you, our customer, the added benefit of a sales contract governed by German law. This means you are not entering into a brokerage agreement that would require you to assert your claims abroad; instead, we are your sole contractual partner.

What about the warranty?

The manufacturer’s warranty for all vehicles is at least 24 months. To take advantage of warranty and service benefits, you can visit any authorized service center. As the owner of an EU vehicle, you naturally have the same warranty and service entitlements as you would with a German model. You do not need to contact us beforehand! You can also purchase warranty extensions from us.

What is an EU new car or reimport?

An EU new car is a brand-new vehicle that was originally intended for sale in another EU country and is subsequently imported into Germany. The term "reimport" is used when this vehicle is brought into Germany through a dealer and sold here."
